Happy Halloween!
This card is made with the Stampin' Up Best of Halloween
Stamp set. I made the background paper by blending different colors
together and then stamping with black ink. It was a lot of fun making the background
paper because each piece is colored a little different from the other. The sunburst
pattern is a great way to highlight your focal design in the circle. I had a lot of fun making this
card and you could use this design for any occasion.

Hi Shirley, I love what you've done with the sunburst design. It is so very effective used with your blended background and wonderful "best of" images. I'm going to have to keep this in mind. TFS
